FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Products are delivered by ACS courier or BOXNOW and take 2 – 4 business days to be delivered. Please note that once we have shipped your order, you will be sent an email or message with your purchase tracking number.
Products such as white goods (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, etc.) are delivered by our own installers and delivery takes place within 3 – 4 business days.
*Delivery times may vary during holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, and August, as well as during the Black Friday period.
ACS Courier – courier company: ACS undertakes to deliver the small in volume and weight products of your order to all free areas of Cyprus covered by the company’s transport network. For coverage areas, SEE HERE. All deliveries are made to your door.
BOXNOW Lockers – distribution company through automatic machines: BOXNOW undertakes to place the small in volume and weight products of your order in all free areas of Cyprus in lockers that operate 24/7.
With installers: When your order includes White Goods, such as refrigerators, washing machines, stoves, etc. your products are delivered through our installers, after an appointment given by our delivery department.
*THERE IS NO OPTION FOR PICK-UP FROM A STORE
In cases where you have more than 1 product in your order, there is a possibility that your order will be sent in multiple shipments. This is because our products are collected from various warehouses and for your fastest service they are sent in more than one shipment.
In case you have not received all the products of your order within 7 working days, please contact us at [email protected]
In case you have completed your purchase but have regretted it, you can send a message to [email protected] with your order number and we will inform you of the appropriate procedure.
Your money will be refunded back to your card within 2-3 working days.
For exchanges of defective products, you can send us an email at [email protected] with your purchase number and the problem so that a replacement can be made immediately.
We will take care of sending the new product to your door and receiving the defective product with all its packaging.
